Star Trek: Discovery season 3 trailer and launch date revealed
Star Trek: Discovery season 3 is coming to us at warp speed as the new season debuts on CBS All Access in USA on October 15th and internationally on Netflix the day after.
Alongside the premier date reveal, we were also treated to a new trailer as part of the Discovery Panel on CBS’s Star Trek Day.
Having blasted 930 years into the future, the new season will see the likes of Michael Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green) and Saru (Doug Jones) learn that the galaxy was hit by a cataclysmic event known as ‘The Burn’, and that the Federation has mostly collapsed. With the assistance of new friends, it’s the Discovery crew’s job to help rebuild the Federation and find their place in their new world.
We have also been treated to three new images and a new logo!
Alongside series regulars Sonequa Martin-Green, Doug Jones, and Anthony Rapp, the actors are also joined by a new space cat called Grudge to add to the cuteness factor!
