Queer horror host ‘Stan the Mechanic’ introduces his satanic assistants!

This past Halloween, we were introduced to the Satanic Mechanic himself in the premiere episode of Stan the Mechanic! This time, the Satanic Mechanic is back, and he’s bringing along his satanic crew!

Stan the Mechanic, the newest TV horror host, welcomes Brad (Mason Kelso) and Janet (Summer Moran) to his shop.

Stan, as the one and only Satanic Mechanic, has been chosen by the Devil to perpetuate all sorts of mischief and mayhem against humankind by using automobiles. During his downtime he likes to relax and crack jokes with his friends while watching horror movies.

Creator, John A, Hernandez, explains why he introduced Brad and Janet in Episode 2:

“Stan runs a workshop that caters to the needs of the supernatural community at large which leaves the door open to introduce a variety of characters from all sorts of ancient and modern mythologies.

“It was always our intent to bring in new players to enrich the atmosphere and mythology of Stan’s world; and we will begin doing that with our Film Festival episode with the introduction of Brad and Janet. They are Stan’s demonic assistants who help him to run the workshop and stir the pot!”

Brad, portrayed by Mason Kelso, is a boy crazy, youthful and sassy demon that helps keep Stan on his toes and in his place. Janet, played by Summer Moran, is an empowered queer demoness with a flair for the dramatic. Together the three of them create an unconventional family which becomes clear as the season progresses.”

Some of her past LGBT films/shows include Lorraine Russo’s Family Diaries (SixTooMany Productions) Tied Up (Dir, Aime Moura).
