Convergence 37 Announced!
Convergence, the original and largest annual event for the big man community, is back!
“Look out San Diego, we are coming back to take over your city” – Convergence 37 will be coming to Mission Valley just down the street from the iconic Hillcrest District in San Diego. Those that have been attending Convergence know that one of the most talked about Convergences was the one in San Diego back in 1996… and now it’s back from August 28 – September 2, 2019.
One of the most raved about events coming back is “The Big Man’s Beach Party”. “It is time to take us out of the hotel pools and put us on one of the beautiful sandy beaches of San Diego,” Shane Harris, one of the organizers, said.
How about a jaunt around the bay on a harbor cruise, going to Sea World or the world famous San Diego Zoo? The host hotel is providing all Convergence guests with free trolley passes that pick you up right outside the hotel. There is also an amazing hotel rate at the Marriott Mission Valley for guests over Labor Day weekend for only $159 a night too.
