Author and publisher Dudgrick Bevins visits the Bear World Podcast!

Hey, all you Bears, there’s a new episode of the Bear World Podcast out today! Every episode, the show will feature some beary important guests who will join your host, Kyle, to discuss some important, hilarious or trending topics in the Bear community. In this episode of the Bear World Podcast, we welcome queer author, poet, educator and founder of Kintsugi Books, Dudgrick Bevins.

Dudgrick joins Kyle to discuss his upcoming projects, including Vigil, in which he gives a voice to the victims of school shootings. They also discuss his new book publishing company, Kintsugi Books, which dedicates itself to representing the voices of those that oftentimes go unnoticed in our society. Find out more about Kintsugi’s upcoming releases, including We Make Our Own Light, an anthology of queer, southern American voices — which also features work from our host, Kyle Jackson!

Kyle Jackson

Kyle Jackson (He/Him) is Senior Staff Writer at Gray Jones Media, and additionally works as a writer, editor and theatre artist/actor. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, he studied at Dillard University, received a BA in Theatre from Morgan State University, an MS in Arts Administration from Drexel University, and completed the British American Drama Academy’s Midsummer in Oxford Programme in 2017. Having lived in Baltimore, the Washington, DC area, Philadelphia and New York City, he now resides and works in London, United Kingdom.
