Come enjoy a 45 minute stretch and relaxation class with World Cub 2019 Chris Gonzalez, as he guides you through some modified poses you can do with the assistance of a chair!
First time doing yoga? This class will cover some of the basic stretches that you can begin to learn before attending one of Chris’ Beginner and Intermediate Bear Yoga classes where he teaches you to move to standing and flowing through poses!
The class will be held Saturday, July 25 at 12:00 PM on Zoom. All bodies, gender expressions and lovers of life welcome!
Please Note: You will need a chair with a back to do most of the poses and a strap or long towel might assist with stretches as well.
