The Ottawa Bears to host Mr. Ottawa Bear 2020 in January, VIP packages available

The Ottawa Bears will host the 2020 Mr. Ottawa Bear Competition from Friday, January 24 to Sunday, January 26. The competition weekend promises to be the best one yet, featuring amazing live entertainment from local artists, silent auctions and a cash bar with all profits going to an amazing charity – Capital Rainbow Refuge.

This year the Ottawa Bears are selling a VIP package that will include all the paid events for the weekend as well as a MOB 2020 bear run shirt! The Ottawa Bears have also negotiated a special rate and reserved a room block at the Courtyard Marriott hotel in the Byward Market section of Ottawa. The Ottawa Bears is a group of Bears and Bear admirers located in the Ottawa, Ontario and Gatineau, Québec region of Canada.

The purpose of the group is to organize get-togethers and social events for the bear community, to promote a more positive body image among large and/or furry gay men, and to promote bear culture within the gay and straight communities of the greater Ottawa region.

They welcome people of all types –big or small, furry or smooth, bear or admirer– who like the company of bears.
