Singer-songwriter Séa Byrne releases first video from new album Blue Skies

Séa Byrne, the pioneering Tropical Indie artist and self-identified bear, released his highly anticipated new album, Blue Skies, on December 6, 2024 and has now followed that up with the release of the first music video from the album for the track “Huracán”.

Producer IFO and mixing engineer Carlos “Charlie” Santana have been key collaborators in shaping Séa Byrne’s sound. Séa’s partnership with IFO, a Colombian producer, began five years ago with the track “That’s Why I Love You.” Their ongoing collaboration has been instrumental in incorporating Latin rhythms and Colombian textures into Séa’s evolving musical style.

Since 2023, Séa Byrne has worked closely with Carlos “Charlie” Santana, a mixing engineer based in Puerto Vallarta, to refine the sound of Blue Skies. Charlie’s expert touch in remixing and remastering the tracks helped create a seamless blend of indie, soul, and tropical influences, adding warmth and depth to the final product. Together, IFO and Charlie have been essential in crafting an album that blends genres while staying true to Séa’s emotional storytelling and musical vision.
