NYC meets London on New Year’s Eve at the RVT!

After skipping 2020, BEEFMINCE’S BIG DONG is back to GROWL in the New Year at London’s beloved and legendary Royal Vauxhall Tavern (RVT), featuring stunning, super-talented host Son of a Tutu and New York’s own DJ Lorant! The BEEFMINCE NYE bashes are a huge, bear-full, attitude free way to see in the New Year and always sell out so secure your spot now!
This year’s host, Son of a Tutu, is an award-winning drag artist, speaker and actor. Since winning 2011 Drag Idol UK, they have performed across the UK and Europe, including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and several Pride events. Tutu also conceived and directed the #YouCanDoBetter viral video during the BLM uprisings of 2020 and was featured in Dan Jones’ book “50 Drag Queens Who Changed The World”. Tutu can also be seen in the movie “Everyone’s Talking About Jamie” and the upcoming psychological drama “Lemon”.
On the decks, you can expect the BEEFMINCE resident DJs Silverhook, Cactushead and Tareq to deliver what they do best: an amazing mix of dance music spanning from disco and house to heavier electronic sounds! Afterwards, DJ, music producer and record label boss Lorant, directly from New York City, will take the crowd into the early hours of 2022.

Born in Istanbul and a New Yorker since childhood, his music is powered by the pulsating energy of these mega cities. He founded Royal Advisor Records in 2010 as a means to provide an open space for queer artists and allies to share fresh, original work to express their unique musical visions. Lorant’s mantra is that of his label: Make you dance, make you happy, make you think!
Expect a stellar show by Tutu, an amazing set by DJ Lorant, confetti, huge NYE anthems, and BEEFMINCE’s Big Dong countdown!
Tickets are £25 at beefmince.co.uk/tickets. All tickets guarantee entry until 11:00 p.m. Please arrive before 11:00 p.m. to secure your spot on the RVT floor. After this time the door will open to non-ticket holders until we have reached capacity. A small allocation of tickets will also be available at the door on a first come, first served basis.

PLEASE NOTE: BEEFMINCE will be opening at a slightly reduced capacity for a little while, so please bear with them if it takes a little longer than usual to get you into the club. They advise everyone to be early.
RVT’s COVID Policy
The RVT encourages everyone to get vaccinated and take a PCR/Lateral Flow Covid-19 test before coming to the club. If you prefer to wear a mask, it’s fine. It is also absolutely fine if you prefer not to, but please respect other guests who are wearing face coverings.
If you do not feel well, please do not come. If you have a ticket, please message the organizers after the event so your ticket may be transferred to a later date.
