Key West Bear Weekend 2019 Dates Announced & Tickets on Sale!

Following on from a hugely successful Key West Bear Weekend 2018, the dates for Key West Bear Weekend 2019 were announced today with tickets and hotels now on sale with some great January early-bird deals.

Key West Bear Weekend 2019 is being held from Wednesday October 30th to Sunday November 3rd 2019.

Currently a schedule of events has not been announced and the organizers are working hard to fill it up with another round of amazing events, especially as the Weekend has been extended for 2019!

Tickets

Tickets are available to purchase now at keywestbearweekend.com/tickets.

Until the end of January, the All Access Pass is available for just $65 instead of the full price $75.

VIP Passes are priced at $120 and include an exclusive VIP Party with special guest appearance and performance.

Hotel Deals

Island House Resort – host hotel

Rooms can be secured with a $100 refundable deposit based on a three-night minimum stay. On April 15th, 2019, your credit card will be charged 50% of your balance, and then the final 50% will be collected on June 15th.

This payment plan deal is only available until January 31st, 2019 and must be booked by phone. You should ask to speak to Paul at the front desk (if available) to book your reservation and use the code word: BEARWORLD.

Alexander’s Guesthouse – right next door to Island House

Rooms can be secured at Alexander’s with a deposit of 35% of your total balance and must be for a four-night minimum stay (Wed-Sat). Make your reservation by February 28th and you will receive 10% off rates. There is a 30-day cancellation policy, you must book by phone asking for Laura or Tim, and you must say you are booking for Key West Bear Weekend.

Alexander’s Guesthouse offers a perfect place to stay if you want a break away from the action yet remain just a two-minute walk from Island House. All rates include a daily expanded continental breakfast.
