Grizzly Pines is Ready to Welcome the Bears Out of Hibernation

The feedback we have been getting about Grizzly Pines has been incredible!

We love to see you gorgeous bears enjoying yourselves at this beautiful campsite, a true safe space for our community nestled deep in the heart of Texas. Located about 70 miles northwest of Houston in Navasota, Grizzly Pines is Texas’ premier, gay, clothing optional campsite for men. That means you can feel free to let it all hang out (literally) and feel the warm Texas sun on those perky hairy buns. WOOF!

Since Grizzly Pines is a year-round establishment, they are just coming out of their hugely successful winter season; but you can trust and believe that they are ready to welcome you to come out of hibernation! Just check out the events the have lined up for the Spring season (they shared pics and videos from last year’s events so you can get a taste of what to expect)!

Fetish Weekend April 12-14

Meant to kick off Grizzly Pines’ Fetish Week this weekend will feature a leather and gear party by the pool, kink demonstrations and a blacklight party behind the barn where body paint will be available for you to …express yourself.

Cinco de Mayo May 3-5

Get in the spirit of the holiday with an assortment of margaritas available for your delectation on Friday night along with pool games, Loteria, piñatas and a taco bar on Saturday!

Drag Camp May 10-12

Back by popular demand this will be the second annual Drag Camp Weekend at Grizzly Pines featuring themed drag performances on Friday and Saturday night starring Veronica Strutts along with Estella Blow, Iris Seymour and Ms. Mykie. Devon DeVasquez will also be on hand Saturday afternoon for a beginner’s drag workshop. This is a great opportunity to come out and have some fun! Get as loose as you’d like without having to worry about how you’re gonna get back home!

Renegade Camp Oso June 14-16

The Renegade Bears of San Antonio return to Grizzly Pines for Camp Oso and we don’t have to tell you what a bunch of bears do when they congregate in the woods do we? Just book your spot now and enjoy!!

The best part, this is all just a sampling of what Grizzly Pines has planned from the Spring. There will also be a Memorial Day celebration, Illumination Weekend and a Pup Weekend to close out Fetish Week.

In terms of accommodation they have a variety of cabins available to rent that range from the very simplistic all the way to full blown ‘glamping’ in terms of amenities, and all for an unbeatable price range of $50 to $200 per night, housing two to four guests, depending on the cabin. For those wanting a more rugged or traditional camping experience, there are also tent sites that have electric and running water  and RV spots for rent with full hook ups.
