Ellen Page called out Chris Pratt for belonging to a church that has been homophobic in the past…Chris defended his church going saying that no church defines him or his beliefs – sounds like a sidestep of the issue to me – and Ellen DG took to social media defending Chris. Ellen DeGeneres – “relatable” defending Kevin Hart and homophobic churches. Okayyyy…
Will Smith finally came out!…in the new pictures with him as the Genie in Disney’s live action remake of Aladdin. Fans tore the images apart and, I have to agree, it does like a little odd. The funniest internet reactions included accusing him of Smurfism and how dare he wear blue face!

You in danger, girl! Rami Malek won the BAFTA award for Best Actor and he thanked Bohemian Rhapsody’s replacement director and not Singer.

Can you believe its been 10 years since the Star Trek reboot? It is official that Paramount is not moving forward with a 4th film in the reboot timeline BUT Zachary Quinto is still hopeful it will be made. Girl has to pay rent! RIP to film actor, Albert Finney who probably is best known for his roles as Daddy Warbucks in Annie and in Erin Brockovich. He also appeared in Big Fish, The Entertainer and Tom Jones. He was nominated four times for an Academy Award and worked as a film actor for over six decades!
Movies that didn’t so well this weekend – Liam Neeson’s Cold Pursuit tanked – was it because of his supposedly racist remarks that went viral? Also Lego Movie 2 opened worse than the Lego Batman film.
