World Bear Weekend returns in August!
Bears, get your blue suede shoes ready!
It has been announced that the 3rd annual World Bear Weekend will be taking place in Memphis, Tennessee from August 19th-22nd, 2021. This 4-day fun-filled event will be held at The Guest House at Graceland, right next door to Elvis’ Graceland mansion.
Attendees can expect an action-packed schedule filled with fun, food, cocktails, vendors, educational workshops, exciting excursions, and a special comedy show performance by Brad Loekle. The signature World Bear Contest will take place in the beautiful 464-seat on-site theater at the host hotel, and will feature the returning titles of Mr. World Bear, Ms. World Bear, World Cub, and a new addition this year — World Pet!
Aside from the festivities taking place at the event, be sure to get out and enjoy the other many exciting points of interest in Memphis. Take time to explore Graceland, the Civil Rights Museum, the Blues Hall of Fame, the Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum, Beale Street, all of that delicious barbecue, and so much more!
