WORLD AIDS DAY PANEL on GROWLR Live
It’s become something of an annual tradition on GROWLR Live to mark World AIDS Day with an open, engaging conversation about sexual health and the latest information on HIV. Nearly every year, GROWLR invites infectious-disease experts to join a candid and informative discussion covering topics that matter most to the community. This year’s live stream will take place Monday, December 1 from 8pm to 9pm Eastern.
“This is one of our most important live streams of the year, and it’s always touching to see such a strong, positive response from the community,” says Philip Henricks from GROWLR. “Members come with very specific questions for our panel. We often hear that they don’t feel comfortable raising these private matters with their own doctors—or simply can’t find LGBT-friendly providers where they live.”
This year’s panel features Dr. Hazra and Dr. Cherabie, both returning guests who bring extensive experience in sexual health and infectious diseases. “They’re always incredibly engaging,” says Henricks. “They genuinely enjoy the directness and immediacy of live streaming—it can be a powerful way to reach people.”

Topics this year will range from finding the right healthcare providers to reframing what “safer sex” means in 2025, along with timely discussions on PrEP on Demand and DoxyPEP. To join the stream simply login into GROWLR, tap on Live and then tap on the World AIDS Day Panel thumbnail.
