The Eisenhower Inn & Aspire Conference Center hosts 10th Bears, Bikers & Mayhem

As the first and largest event in the U.S. to combine the Bear, Leather, Fetish, Motorcycle and Puppy communities, the 10th annual Bears, Bikers & Mayhem is sure to be another beary good time! The host hotel for this event is the Eisenhower Inn & Aspire Conference Center, located in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. 

The Gettysburg Eisenhower Hotel Complex is the largest and most comprehensive meeting and conference center in southwestern Pennsylvania. With over 150 acres of safe and serine grounds, 309 guest rooms & suites, 27 meeting salons (including 2 ballrooms), plenty of breakout rooms and a 40,000 square foot exhibit area, the Gettysburg Eisenhower Hotel will meet and exceed your expectations.

Due to its proximity to Baltimore and Washington DC – only 61 and 77 miles respectively- and easy access from 2 major airports, the resort is convenient to other sites of interest. It is also located near the Gettysburg National Military Park, Eisenhower National Historic Site, the David Wills House and the all charming shops and restaurants of the Historic Downtown District. The resort offers a free shuttle to many of the sites and attractions, so you can stay, park and relax if you choose to experience more of Gettysburg!

The rates are $119.00 per night (Thursday), $139 per night (Friday & Saturday), and $159 per night (Suite). Please Note: In order to book a room at the host hotel, there must be at least one run pass holder in the room. The hotel will ask for your run pass order number before taking a reservation. One room night will be charged to your card at the time of the reservation. Reservations may not be cancelled after March 20th, 2020. The full balance due will be charged to the card on file 30 days prior to the event.
