Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty releases Pride Collection, includes first ever jockstrap
Savage X Fenty is slaying us with jockstraps for Pride, and we love to see it!
Since launching in 2018, singer, philanthropist and businesswoman Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty lingerie brand has become famous for its dedication to showcasing models of color, and for its diversity and inclusion in body type and sizing. Last year, the brand expanded upon this theme, inviting the likes of plus-size superstar Lizzo and several plus-size male models, including queer and fabulous model Dexter Mayfield and Christian Combs, son of rapper and Hip-Hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Now, Savage X Fenty is releasing its first ever Pride Collection, and we are gagging! The Pride collection features a diverse cast of models, including Dexter Mayfield, Yusef Williams and Drag Race’s Gigi Goode in a campaign shot by Quil Lemons. The collection contains everything from boxers, smoking jackets, garter belts, bras and the brand’s first ever jockstrap!
All of the pieces are labeled “all gender”, and 3X, and 30A to 42H. With prices ranging from $16.95 to $69.95.
The brand will also be making a flat donation of $250,000, which will be distributed between five LGBTQ organizations, including The Audre Lorde Project, The Caribbean Equality Project, INC., GLADD, and Trans Latin@ Coalition & Wellness Center. All donations are being made in partnership with Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation.
