Pawed NYC Holding Virtual Bear Meditation and Yoga Classes Throughout Month

This past week has been very stressful! Many people all over the world are being asked to practice social distancing, and many people may also be missing out on a bit of human interaction.

Our friends at Pawed NYC have the perfect cure to relieve the stress of self-isolation blues. Throughout the rest of the month, Pawed NYC will be offering online Bear Yoga and Meditation classes. With the classes being virtual and open to people outside of New York City, it’s the perfect opportunity to connect with others all around the world!

The first meditation class will happen Thursday, May 19 at 6:00 PM EST. The 40 minute virtual meditation class led by Coach Alfie will include a brief introduction followed by a 10-15 minute meditation exercise. The class is free, with a $10 suggested donation. The next Bear Yoga classes, led by Coach Nirmal, will be held Sunday, March 22 at 5:30PM EST, and Thursday, March 26 at 7:00 PM. There is no experience necessary to join Bear Yoga Basics, just a need for some relaxation, meditation and movement! This class is also free, with a $10 suggested donation. Visit Eventbrite to reserve your space for the March 22 class or the March 26 class — or both!

In addition to Meditation and yoga classes, Pawed NYC will also be hosting fitness classes throughout the rest of the month. Follow their Facebook page for updates and more information.
