Otters on show in Lyon for Mr Otter 2019

The organisers of Europe’s first Mr Otter contest, Grrrizzlyon, have teamed up celebrated photographer Eric Lanuit to capture this occasion with a series of portraits of the competitors.

Internationally acknowledged for his artworks on male body and portraiture, Eric Lanuit brings his iconographical style to the first ever Mr Otter election in France.

Settled in Lyon since 2013, Eric’s photographs appear in numerous European and American magazines. He regularly shows his artworks in Paris, Los Angeles and Lyon, and often participates in collective exhibitions.

The Mr Otter 2019 contest will take place on Saturday, January 26th at the LGBT Centre in Lyon, France. 

The Mr Otter exhibition will be on display at the LGBT Center in Lyon on Wednesday, January 23rd from 8pm. The candidates who’s portraits are featured will be in attendance as well as Eric himself. 

Get a preview of the candidate portraits below, in addition there is a portrait of the current reigning Mr Bear Rhône Alpes-Auvergne 2018 who will be handing over his title soon to the new Mr Bear 2019.
