Meet Luka Musicki, BWM’s New Deputy Editor for Australia

We are so delighted to let you know that we have a new Deputy Editor for Australia, Luka Musicki. He has had experience with the bear community, beginning in Canberra (ACT) before joining the Harbour City Bears (HCB) in Sydney (NSW) back in 2020. He has participated in three Mardi Gras Parades (under the HCB Banner) in NSW and will soon join the parade in South Australia under the Bear Men of Adelaide.

Luka represented the bear community in Better Together Conference in June 2024 and presented a TedX-like talk about addressing invisible barriers and empowering intersectionalities in the queer community.

He is planning to do some future discussions at the Better Together conference in 2025. He has a lot of plans for the bear community in Australia.

Luka will be curating a lot of content from Australia, including personalities, businesses, bear kindreds and history. And he will have some interesting and fun articles to contribute.
