LA Leather Pride to Culminate with 10th Annual Off Sunset Festival

The 10th Annual Off Sunset Festival returns to Santa Monica Boulevard in Silver Lake on Sunday, March 24th as the culmination of Los Angeles Leather Pride. This leather street fair serves as a celebration of Silver Lake’s abundant LGBTQIA+ history, culture and diversity. Headlining this year’s event is Kenny Metcalf as ELTON with appearances from bear artists Homer Marrs and Tom Goss taking place throughout the day.

Spanning more than a half mile of Santa Monica Boulevard, the festival will feature live music, gourmet food trucks, beer/beverage booths, and vendors representing local organizations, handcrafted novelty items, and specialty leather goods. Expected to be the festival’s biggest year, organizers are anticipating up to 10,000 attendees.

The Off Sunset Association, who put on the Festival, is comprised of local business owners and committed individuals who live, work, and play in the Silver Lake area. They believe in fun with a purpose as the Festival itself is utilized as a fundraising event. The Off Sunset Festival Community Grant Program rewards select local nonprofit organizations that offer community services and beneficial programs in Silver Lake and surrounding areas.  In addition, a portion of festival proceeds are directed toward non-profit organizations that support area beautification, art projects, LGBTQIA+ and youth programs. Recent recipients include Silverlake Conservatory of Music, TransCanWork Inc., and Los Angeles Rebellion.

The fun begins this Sunday at noon and goes on until 7 PM on Santa Monica Blvd. between N. Hoover St. and Sunset Blvd. This is a 21 and over event. General and VIP tickets are available for purchase here. The following is a list of performers and their scheduled appearance times:
