Bear fact: I am from from El Salvador, San Salvador. I was 18 years old when I move to Canada. I landed in Brandon Manitoba, and after two years I decided to moved to Montreal Quebec, where I started working in the restaurant industry. After 9 years, I’m a sous chef in an Indian restaurant.
