Responding to the needs of the bear community in Dallas community through service and volunteerism, Dallas Bears provide direct relief to their community’s distress. Their service projects entail physical labor that builds up our community; we also collect and distribute goods that feed, equip, and support those in need. Using the community’s hearts, minds, and talents, Dallas Bears provide service by raising funds for publicly supported charities in their community.

The Dallas Bears are passionate about raising funds for HIV/AIDS agencies, community healthcare needs, hunger/nutritional support, and LGBTQ youth organizations. These funds provide funding or direct support for those who need help. Fundraising events each year include our Annual Chili Cook-Off, Teddy Bear Auction, Turn-About Show, Cake Walk, and the famous Texas Bear Round-Up.
