Married for twenty-six years, Ben and Joe are quarantining together and have thrown their creative energy into That Darn Corona!, a hilarious sitcom spoof, complete with a bad laugh track, that explores the hell of sheltering in place.
From part of the creative team of the award-winning, hit gay web series, Where the Bears Are, the new dark comedy sees the gay couple trying to make the most of sheltering in place as they struggle with drinking too much, COVID weight gain, too much medicinal pot, doomed self-improvement projects, crappy birthdays, disastrous haircuts and more!
That Darn Corona! is a pitch black, campy, exaggerated look at quarantining with your spouse in a world turned upside down. Written, produced and performed by Ben Zook (Jack and Jill) and Joe Dietl (The Thin Pink Line), you are guaranteed to laugh your ass off at this outrageous parody!
