Bears on Ice takes over The Eisenhower Hotel!
Who says Bears always have to hibernate when it gets cold out?
The Bears will take over The Eisenhower Hotel and Conference Center in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania for Bears On Ice: Snow Tubing, on February 25th – 27th, 2022!
The Eisenhower Inn & Aspire Conference Center is the same venue that hosts the highly successful Bears, Bikers, and Mayhem event, so this is definitely familiar territory! Bears on Ice has the Eisenhower Hotel portion reserved for Bears on Ice, so no transient guests will be there to say “shhhhh” when the party gets loud!
Friday night is a free-form night. The pool will be open, and will include some pool games, music, and a meet and greet. If you’re hungry (which you will be), consider filling up at General Pickett’s Buffet!
The weekend of events will also include:
- CASH BAR available poolside
- FREE FULL HOT BREAKFAST SATURDAY 9:30am – 11am
- “Do Whatever You Want” Saturday – Go swimming, sight-seeing, napping, relaxing, skiing, etc.
- Saturday dinner
- Main event: Snow Tubing at Ski Liberty, Saturday
- “Wet Bears” pool party (after snow tubing). There will be pool time, wet Bears, and Beartastic beats!
- Pizza ($5 collected during check in, will need ticket in order to partake)
Sunday is checkout, and will include a FREE full hot breakfast from 9:30am to 11:00am.
Room rates will be $99 per night. You must call the hotel at 717-334-2755 for a reservation, as there are no online reservations. Mention Bears On Ice when you call!
PLEASE NOTE: When you book they will take a 1-night non-refundable deposit. Full stay will be charged on January 26th.

COVID-19 Policy
All guests upon check-in must present a completed vaccination record, or a NEGATIVE PCR test (no rapid tests) within the last 72 hours. You will be given a band to wear. If you do not have the band on, you will be asked to present one of the above options. If you cannot provide it, you will be escorted off the property. No refunds will be given.
