Bear World Magazine reaches over 160,000 people per month in all corners of the globe. We want to help you promo your event to our readership through a media sponsorship deal.

Our offer of free event coverage and support includes the following:

  • Pre-event coverage – an article about your event on Bear World Magazine with supporting social media and inclusion in our weekly newsletter (14,000 people on the distribution list).
  • Social media support for the event, sharing and amplifying your messages to our large social media following.
  • Post-event wrap up article – photo special or summary article

Media Sponsor Requirements

In return for this free support, we would require the following:

  • Be an official media sponsor of your event
  • Bear World Magazine logo to be included on poster (download logo here)
  • Require access to and use of all official event photography
  • Display of Bear World Magazine branding on video screens around your event, where possible (download branding here)
  • Ensure our articles about your event are shared widely on all available social media
  • All Bear World Magazine social media accounts to be tagged on event social media posts
