Asbury Park Beach Bear Invasion is back, local barber gives Bear discounts!

The Bears of the Jersey Shore are back!

Join them for some hot and wet Bear fun at Asbury Park Beach Bear Invasion, happening August 20 – 23, 2021! The full line up hasn’t been released yet, but there will definitely be some awesome events happening all weekend at various locations along the beach and at various bars, including Club Paradise, Georgie’s, Anchors Bend, and Biergarten, just to name a few!

It’s definitely worth getting hotels reserved soon because, after the year of lockdowns and restrictions everyone has had, this weekend will definitely be one of the hottest Bear weekends in a while! So, travel down to the Jersey Shore for a good ol’ Bear-loving time!

And for all you Bears that want to be fresh and clean for this year’s event, local Asbury barber extraordinaire Mikey Blades will be taking appointments to help get your fur together, with a special weekend Bear discount!

Mikey has been cutting hair in the Asbury Park area for over 15 years and specializes in all aspects of barbering, including skin fades, beards and hot towel shaves. When asked why he was offering this special discount for the weekend, he simply replied: “I just want to make the Bears feel and look good!”
