BeefyTheClown chats with us about going viral, making content, and more!

We chatted with Beefy, the sexy bearded clown who honked all over everyone’s timelines last month! Check it out below.

Last month, everyone got squirted on by a silly and sexy bearded clown named Beefy, yet none of us were complaining! In fact, it probably made a lot of us discover something new about ourselves that we never even knew was there.

The term for the fetishization of clowns is called coulrophilia, and it’s actually been around for a long time. In fact, there’s a lengthy history of it that pre-dates even the term “BDSM.” Clown shows in the 19th century often coincided with strip tease / burlesque, but the freak shows have only evolved ever since.

The 80s and 90s marked a transition of the subculture from a highly isolated and underground fetish into a recognized fixture within the broader BDSM and alternative fetish communities. In recent years, coulrophilia is widely credited to being popularized in modern culture due to the globally viral “clown craze” in 2016.

Clowns went from being silly and funny to scary and horrifying, so where’s the overlap to it being sexy? Much like every other fetish, it’s psychological. Whether it’s fear-based arousal or a humiliation kink, the clown fetish hits a lot of tingly spots all at once.

I also feel like with the rise of gooning, edging, and hypnotic trance porn revolving around bating, it makes a lot of sense why we’re seeing a rise in sexual clownery and buffoonery on our timelines. I’ve also seen an uptick in sexy bearded clowns across all my timelines since Beefy went viral, and let’s be honest… how can you not be turned on by them?!

Enough with the history lesson though, because red-nosed Beefy is entering stage left and he’s ready to gag, blow off, and serve us the entree we’re all hungry for!

Check out the interview we did with this sexy clown below.

Bryce Quartz: Hey there, Beefy! Thanks for taking the time out of your goon schedule to chat with me. How have you been doing lately, you sexy clown?

BeefyTheClown: HONK! I’m doing pretty well, happy to be chatting with you, I’ll catch up on gooning and goofing later for sure.

Bryce: You’ve become quite an icon online over the last several weeks and I’m so here for it. I’ve seen you all over my timelines everywhere! How have you personally felt about the reception you’ve received from your content?

Beefy: Genuinely, I’m intensely flattered to have gotten so much positive attention so quickly. I’m certainly not the first nor the last silly goon clown online but to have gotten such a positive reception feels great.

I love that the clown community online is so supportive and I’m trying to give that energy back. We inspire and encourage each other and I feel lucky to have found a silly community both online and in person.

Bryce: I know the fetish for sexy clowns has been around for a long time, but it feels like the culture shifted a bit, especially in the bear community, ever since you went viral. What initially inspired you to become the sexy clown you are today?

Beefy: I can hardly take the credit for this shift, but I think you’re right that there’s been more queers embracing the silly as of late. For me, clown hit me like a truck at the intersection of gooning and art.

I’ve spent years cranking it on Bateworld and in chats online and really connected with the “goon-state” of losing yourself in pleasure regardless of how silly you look.

Creating a persona that’s big and bold and silly and open about drooling down my beard when masturbating turned something that I might have been embarrassed about into something I’m proud to show off.

Similarly, being a big bear guy, leaning into a sexually charged persona gave me the freedom to be leave body insecurity at the door and post as much carefully censored hog as a social media platform allows.

I think the artistic expression piece has been really cool too. Beefy is not the same perfectionist I tend to be day-to-day so if I have an idea for an outfit or makeup or photo/video shoot and it doesn’t pan out exactly how I envisioned, I’m going for it anyway.

The point is to be silly and have fun and if nothing else, I’ve probably shot a load and learned something for next time.

Bryce: I’d like to also point out that ever since you went viral, I’ve seen other sexy bearded clowns pop up left and right. You’ve shared a few of them to your stories on Instagram and I’m thankful for that for… reasons. Can you share with our readers who are some of your other favorite clowns at the circus are?

Beefy: The big top is really expanding rapidly, and as a clown that loves to bottom, I’m loving it. There are so many to shout out here:

@the_muckle_stoater (IG) was one of my first exposures to someone being unapologetically their clown loving self. Hearing him talk about clowning both as a sexual fetish and embracing being silly and unrestrained really encouraged me to combine the two for myself.

@frutepunchofficial (IG); @mythicothedragclown (IG); @dingusclown (IG); @ty_yamamoto1 (IG); @puffpuff.theclown (IG); and @s.i.r.k.a.i.n (IG) are the brozos that I’m pretty constantly getting inspiration from and chatting up and maybe a little horny honk honk flirting with.

Bryce: Do you have any advice for other clowns who haven’t explored this side of themselves yet but are curious to?

Beefy: My biggest advice is just go for it! Give yourself permission to be silly and have fun. Clowning around isn’t just for when you have makeup on, it’s about being comfortable in yourself and not afraid to look stupid.

If you have what you think is a dumb idea for a look or a bit, do it 100% and see what happens. This is how I ended up with a quarter million views on a video of me shooting a load via clown squirt flower.

On the more practical advice side: stock up on a makeup remover before you start drawing on your face. Gooner clowns love Albolene for being dual purpose!

Bryce: Let’s talk about your makeup. You look very distinguished with the different looks that you do, and I think the beard is just a sexy addition to the creative work you do. What’s the process like when you get up into one of your looks?

Beefy: Beefy’s face is definitely a work in progress because I had zero prior experience in makeup. I have a note on my phone with screenshots and quick sketches of looks to try that I’m always adding to and flip through when I need some inspiration.

Having a big bushy beard means I’ve got less real estate on my face to play with, but I love getting tugged around by it too much to shave (ask me first).

While the clown makeup is definitely a full transformation, I’ve posted plenty of looks just in a clown nose and still feel like that’s enough to inhabit the persona of Beefy.

More often than not, I’ve got a clown nose with me and whether it’s at my corporate desk job or greased up honking my horn at home, I’ll pop it on when I need a pick me up.

Bryce: I saw that someone drew an illustration of you and it was so hot and cool. Can you share with us here who that was and how it felt seeing it for the first time?

Beefy: I’ve had the privilege of getting to see myself in a few of these!

@bienpinchediego (IG) @frandsgarbiel (IG) and @do0m_mutt (IG) have all recently turned Beefy into something in their own artistic style and I’m incredibly flattered by these and by anyone who wants me to be a subject of their art. There are other amazing artists who have done stuff too!

When I started posting I thought of it as a solo activity but it’s a great feeling to be able to share inspiration with other people online even if their medium isn’t clownery.

Bryce: I want to ask the question that everyone has asked you over the last few weeks, because it’s urgent for… reasons. Do you plan on making NSFW content and posting it?

Beefy: I am both an exhibitionist and a clown of the people, so yeah there’s now a JFF profile @beefytheclown.

I really enjoy toeing the line of what I can post on SFW platforms like Instagram that are still funny and sexy, but if you’re looking for the uncropped content that’ll be on JFF for sure.

Bryce: Do you have plans to make collaborative content with other sexy clowns in the future?

Beefy: I love getting silly with the brozos and I’m definitely planning on collaborating more both in the SFW and NSFW sense. I also like chatting with guys who like my content, especially over a nice mutual bate session, so hey, respectfully shoot your shot in the DMs if that’s your thing.

I’ve also been approached about some fun kink scenes involving Beefy and that gets my balloon nice and pumped up. The dream would be to do some adult scenes with a bear clown friendly studio or semi-pro creator.

Bryce: Now let’s get into the essential quick fire round that I do in every interview.

Favorite foods, dishes, or restaurants?

Beefy: Chicago staples! Tavern cut pizza, a shot of malort, and a bar with a proper darkroom.

Bryce: Favorite travel locations or holiday destinations?

Beefy: Mexico City – I need to go back and hit the streets as Beefy ASAP.

Bryce: Top 3 songs or artists you have on rotation right now?

Beefy:

  • Condom – Ayesha Erotica
  • Che fastidio! – ditonellapiaga
  • FVN! – LVL1

Bryce: Longest goon session?

Beefy: If we’re not counting white knuckling through a whole locktober on the edge; probably like 5 hours.

Bryce: The last three things in your search history?

Beefy: My last three searches were all for pie recipes, one for eating and two to have thrown at me on camera.

Bryce: Thanks again for taking the time to speak with me, Beefy! Is there anything you’d like to leave our readers with today?

Beefy: Thanks for chatting with me! Go have fun and be silly!
