If you attended the last HEFT party in November, then you know that it was absolutely LIT. If you didn’t attend the last HEFT party… Then, what are you waiting for?

The HEFT team has created an event that aims to address the lack of diversity in queer spaces throughout New York City by creating space for the “thicc-thighed boys of color who like to back that ass up”. Providing a hot selection of Hip-Hop, R&B,Trap, House, Pop and 90s/early 2000s Dance music to shake their asses to, HEFT definitely makes room for the BIG BOYS!

HEFT, Vol. 2 will happen on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Nowhere Bar – 322 E 14th Street, New York, NY. Check out some photos from the last event!

Kyle Jackson

Kyle Jackson (He/Him) is Senior Staff Writer at Gray Jones Media, and additionally works as a writer, editor and theatre artist/actor. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, he studied at Dillard University, received a BA in Theatre from Morgan State University, an MS in Arts Administration from Drexel University, and completed the British American Drama Academy’s Midsummer in Oxford Programme in 2017. Having lived in Baltimore, the Washington, DC area, Philadelphia and New York City, he now resides and works in London, United Kingdom.
