Bear Naked Yogi – Forrest Kruger
I am a certified yoga teacher with 200 hours of in person authentic yoga teacher training. In my late 30’s, I was obese, smoked cigarettes and was starting to develop serious health issues because of my weight and unhealthy habits. I began a wellness journey that starting with smoking cessation, diet and gym exercise. About a year and a half into this journey, my weight loss started to plateau but I still had more to lose. I decided to change my routine and leave my comfort zone to try a yoga class.
